Kimchi Napa Cabbage- Kimchi, a staple in Korean cuisine, is a traditional side dish of salted and fermented vegetables. Made with fresh vegetable Napa Cabbage, Gochugaru Red Pepper Powder, Ginger, Salt, and Sugar. The Kimchi made from our family recipe incorporated Raw Scobucha (Kombucha made from yeast and bacteria - Scoby).
